In our ongoing support plans, we include minor, medium and major website improvements. We have to limit how much we can include here, as making changes and improvements to websites can quickly spiral out of control if there isn’t an easy fix, and something that you expected to take 10 minutes can take half a day. Therefore we’ve drawn up a list of examples to help explain what might constitute each of these changes:
Minor Changes/Improvements:

- Adding a new blog section to the website
- Redesigning the layout of the products, posts or pages sections
- Adding a new payment gateway
- Creating a new feature
